YOUTH BASKETBALL

Youth Basketball – Shoot for Fun!

Calling all future basketball stars! The Town of Wiggins offers youth basketball programs designed for kids to learn the game, make friends, and have a blast on the court.

This 6-week program is offered for the following age groups:

K–2nd Grade: Fall Season (October – December)
3rd–6th Grade: Winter Season (January – February)

Our volunteer coaches focus on fundamentals, teamwork, and sportsmanship, all while keeping the games fun and exciting. Whether it’s dribbling, passing, or shooting hoops, every player gets a chance to shine!

NVAA 3RD - 6TH Basketball

**This does travel and may have games Ft. Lupton, Eaton, Platteville, Kersey, Evans, LaSalle and Wiggins. Join us this winter for boys and girls NVAA Basketball. We will be offering basketball for grades 3-6 starting on 1/8/2024.
Coaching Opportunities:
As with all youth sports we are dependent on volunteers for coaches. If you are interested in coaching be sure to fill out the coach's application on your account. Please contact the recreation staff to put in your practice day/time requests.
Early Bird Registration- $65 9/12-10/20
Regular Registration - $75 10/21-12/4
Late Registration - $85 12/5 - 12/9 IF POSITIONS AVAILABLE
First Practice - 1/5/2025
First game - 1/17/2025
